Melanie Jacobson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s and bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Illinois. She brings over 10 years of specialized experience in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and families through the emotional complexities of assisted reproduction, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. Her work includes individual and group counseling for surrogates and intended parents, helping them navigate the legal, medical, and emotional phases of family building.
In addition to her perinatal focus, Melanie has 7 years of experience working with children and adolescents facing behavioral and mental health challenges. She provides therapeutic support that fosters emotional regulation, builds self-confidence, and strengthens family communication.
